Great start to CFE this week everyone! Elizabeth and Chad said Monday’s 5 p.m. group had around 30 people. We had 7 at 10 a.m. this morning. Way to really start strong! We will try our best to read off your times, but it may become logistically difficult to do so. We would encourage you would bring your own watch, stop-watch, phone with a stopwatch app, etc. and/or a journal to keep track of your own interval times. You may want to look back and gauge your progress over the course of the 12-week cycle.
Times for 10 a.m. class on 1/10/12 in seconds.

Just so people know, the Crossfit Endurance gurus announced today that they are going to start making some suggestions in their programming for athletes who are preparing for the Crossfit 2012 Games. Last year, Endurance played a significant role in both the individual competitions (WOD 1: Beach Swim/Run/Body Weight Exercises; Killer Kage with Watt Bikes) and the team competition (Sandbag carry; Killer Kage with the Watt Bikes). It will be interesting to see what kinds of WODS CFE will recommend for training games competitors.
