  1. Since my endurance training was cut short last I finished out Mondays Endurance today with some rows:
    9 rounds at 250 meters
    2 minute rest
    :54; :56; :56; :51; :49; :54; :56; :53; :47
    This gave me 12 rounds total for Monday and Tuesday with runs and rows.
