The Crossfit Endurance Seminar will be held June 2nd and 3rd at Crossfit Springfield. The day will start promptly at 8AM and go until 4PM with a 1-hour lunch break in the middle. The cost of the seminar is $595. A $250 deposit will secure your spot in the course and you can continue to make payments until the seminar. Your balance must be paid in full three weeks before the seminar. There is a $100 discount for active duty military, fire, police and LEO.
