Short Interval (Mon 5pm, Tues 10AM): 10 x 200 Meters with 90 Seconds Rest

C2: 10 x 250 Meters with 90 Seconds Rest

Long Interval (Thurs 10AM, Thurs 5PM): ”Partner Tosh”- 3 rounds of 200, 400, 600; Only one partner may run at a time Long Run-

C2: ”Partner Rowing Tosh”- 3 rounds of 250, 500, 750; Only one partner may row at a time

  1. Love the rowing, but wanting to get my runs in again.

    Also IDK, the Whole 30 might have something to do it but alot of serious faces last night or maybe its sugar withdrawls 😉
