WOD’s for the Week of 4/1

In rain boots and a dress my little angel shows us how its done! Oh to be a child again!

Short Interval (Mon 5pm, Tues 10AM): 8 x 300 Meters with 1:00 Rest (Hold 3-5 Seconds)

C2: 8 x 375 Meters with 1:00 Rest (Hold 3-5 Seconds)

Long Interval (Thurs 10AM, Thurs 5PM): 3 x 1000 with 3:00 Rest

C2: 3 x 1000 with 3:00 Rest

Announcements:

1. 1/2 marathon training class 4/ 6 @ 8AM .

  1. Great job this morning, big class. I am sorry we didn’t get the exact workout…some of us had more than a 1:00 rest due to sharing the rowers. Still? Way to put in the work on a rainy day. Let’s hope for better weather soon!
