C2: 5 x 500 with 2:00 Rest (Hold 3-5 Seconds or FOUL – 30 Burpees for Time)
Long Interval (Thurs 10AM, Thurs 5PM): 3 x 1 Mile with 5:00 Rest
C2: 3 x 1 Mile with 5:00 Rest
