This Week’s WODs
Short Interval (Mon 5pm, Tues 10AM): 10 x 200 meters with 60 seconds rest; hold 2-3 seconds between efforts
C2: 10 x 250 meters with 60 seconds rest; hold 2-3 seconds between efforts
Long Interval (Thurs 10AM, Thurs 5PM): 3 x 1200 meters with 2:00 rest; hold 3-5 seconds between efforts
C2: 3 x 1200 meters with 2:00 rest; hold 3-5 seconds between efforts
