Looks like we’re destined to be on the rowers again this week. Sooo, may as well watch this video and maximize your efficiency on the C2! This is the last week of the current cycle. The CrossFit Endurance Total–our Endurance benchmark–will be tested again at the end of the new cycle (twelve weeks from now). If you’ve been away from CFE, or have been on the fence about trying–now would be a great time to jump in!

This Week’s WODs:
Short Interval (Mon 5pm, Tues 10AM): “CrossFit Endurance Total”– 200 TT, 400 TT, 800 TT, 1600 TT with 5:00 rest between intervals
C2: “CrossFit Endurance Total”– 250m Row TT, 500m Row TT, 1000m Row TT, 1600m Row TT with 5:00 rest between intervals
Long Interval (Thurs 10AM, Thurs 5PM): 5K Time Trial
C2: Row 5K Time Trial
1. Safety Alert! Try and refrain from wearing all black if you’re attending evening CFE classes. Wear reflective clothing if you have it.
