Short Interval (Mon 5pm/Tues 6am): 3 x 400 with 2:00 rest between efforts, 4 x 300 with 90 seconds rest between efforts, 6 x 200 with 60 seconds rest between efforts
C2: 3 x 500m Row with 2:00 rest between efforts, 4 x 375m Row with 90 seconds rest between efforts, 6 x 250m Row with 60 seconds rest between efforts
Long Interval (Thurs 6am/5pm): 5 Rounds for time–Run 800 Meters, 10 Thrusters (95/65)
C2: 5 Rounds for time–Row 1000m, 10 Thrusters (95/65)
