Happy New Year!

This Week’s WODs

Short Interval (Mon 5pm): 10 x 300 with 2:00 rest between efforts (hold 1-3 seconds)

C2: 10 x 375m Row with 2:00 rest between efforts (hold 1-3 seconds)

Long Interval (NO Class–New Year’s Eve!)


1. It’s getting dark outside! Please refrain from wearing all black to CFE so you don’t get smooshed! 🙂
