Short Interval (Mon 5pm): “Short Tosh”3 Rounds (400 Meters, 200 Meters, 100 Meters) Work: Rest is 1:1

C2: “Short Tosh”3 Rounds (400 Meters, 200 Meters, 100 Meters) Work: Rest is 1:1

Long Interval (Thurs 5pm): 5 x 1000 with 3:00 rest between efforts

 

C2: 5 x 1000m Row with 3:00 rest between efforts
