CFE Throwdown

That’s our boys, Jerry Stewart and Justin Coale, leaving it all on the floor at this weekend’s ‘The Throwdown!’ STRONG WORK!!!

This Week’s WODs

*Cycle N/Week 8 of 12*

Short Interval (Mon 5:30pm): 10 x 200 with 60 seconds rest between efforts

C2: 10 x 250m Row with 60 seconds rest between efforts

Long Interval (Thurs 5:30pm): 20 Minute AMRAP of Hill Repeats on the Bridge (Over =1, Back =2)


C2:  Set up a C2 rower for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off–and then have a Pace Boat at 70m per 20-second interval. Row until you cannot beat the Pace Boat for said interval.
